2.2 Pricing and Availability
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable).
Delivery costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Prices and availability may change at any time, but such changes will not affect confirmed orders.
We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion — for example, due to stock shortages or pricing errors.
2.3 Order Process
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt. This does not mean your order has been accepted.
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products from us.
Acceptance occurs when we send you a Dispatch Confirmation Email, forming a binding contract between you and Whincop Signs.
3. Payment
3.1 Payment Methods
We accept secure payment methods shown at checkout.
3.2 Payment Timing
Payment is required in full when placing your order or shortly before dispatch.
Custom or bulk orders may require a deposit or full prepayment before production begins.
3.3 Security
All payments are processed via secure, encrypted payment gateways.
Whincop Signs does not store or retain full card details.
4. Delivery
4.1 Delivery Costs and Times
Delivery options, costs, and estimated timeframes are displayed at checkout or on our Shipping Information page.
We aim to deliver goods within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.2 Delays
We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, supply chain issues, or extreme weather.
We will contact you as soon as possible if delays occur.
4.3 International Delivery
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Please check your local import regulations before ordering.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy
5.1 Custom & Personalised Items
Most of our products are custom-made or personalised (e.g., embroidered designs, branded garments, or bespoke transfers).
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, these items are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation rights.
Therefore, returns or cancellations cannot be accepted for personalised items unless:

The product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, or

The error occurred on the part of Whincop Signs.
Please check all design proofs, spellings, colours, and sizing carefully before approval, as changes cannot be made after production begins.
5.2 Non-Custom Items
For non-personalised items (such as blank garments or stock products), you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To cancel, please email signs@whincop.uk or info@whincop.uk within this period. You then have 14 days to return the goods to:

Returned items must be:

Unused, unworn, and unwashed

In their original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Unless the item is faulty, return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.
5.3 Faulty or Incorrect Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to products that are:

Of satisfactory quality,

Fit for purpose, and

As described.
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact signs@whincop.uk or info@whincop.uk within 7 days of delivery, providing:

A short description of the fault
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement, or refund (including return shipping, if applicable).
If the fault is reported within 30 days, you may request a full refund; after this period, a repair or replacement will be offered in line with UK law.
5.4 Refunds
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
